Job summary

Etteplan is seeking a Cloud & Full-Stack Software Architect in Linköpings kommun, Sweden. This role involves shaping the technical direction of modern software solutions, working closely with customers and development teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with at least one backend language such as C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks or libraries such as React.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Experience working with microservice architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Practical experience with Git, CI/CD, and containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Professional fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Defining and driving software architecture for cloud-native and full-stack solutions.
• Designing scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Supporting the development of modern frontend applications and user experiences.
• Making architectural decisions that balance business needs, performance, security, maintainability, and cost.
• Driving cloud adoption and best practices within AWS and modern cloud environments.
• Supporting development teams through technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance.
• Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to translate requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
• Contributing to engineering excellence through architecture frameworks, development practices, CI/CD, and automation.
• Evaluating emerging technologies and identifying opportunities to improve products, platforms, and ways of working.
