Job summary

Safemind in Sweden seeks a CPTO to lead technology, product, and AI strategy. You will connect business priorities with what gets built, guiding architecture and cloud choices while scaling the platform and organization for a growth stage.

You will balance new development with evolving the existing platform, shaping long-term tech strategy and ensuring security, privacy, and regulatory alignment throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• CTO/CPTO or equivalent senior leadership experience.
• Experience scaling product and technology teams.
• Strong architectural judgment across platforms and services.
• Practical experience with AI/ML in production environments.
• Ability to turn strategy into actionable priorities while balancing execution.
• Understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Set direction, create focus, and build the structure to scale without bureaucracy.
• Close collaboration with product and engineering leadership to align priorities with what is built and why.
• Move from opportunistic development to scalable, repeatable products and platforms.
• Shape how AI becomes a meaningful part of the product offering and technology strategy.
• Stay close to the organisation to know where focus is required and drive execution.
