A financial services company based in Stockholm is seeking a Head of Compliance, Risk and Depositary Control. This role involves acting as MLRO and Risk Officer, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing risk frameworks for the branch. Ideal candidates will possess a postgraduate degree and 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or related fields. Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset are essential. Excellent IT skills are also required to navigate compliance systems and contribute effectively to the team.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in compliance or risk management.
• Proven experience of AML Compliance.
• Strong analytical thinker able to provide practical advice.

Responsabilidades

• Act as MLRO, MLCO and Compliance Officer for the branch.
• Develop and maintain control plans for clients and funds.
• Define and implement risk mapping and control plans.

Conhecimentos

Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance framework

Strong verbal and written skills

Strong interpersonnel and communication skills

Formação académica

Postgraduate degree - MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate

Master's degree in compliance or related field
