Job summary

Scandinavian Airlines System SAS is strengthening its Procurement organization and seeking several Sourcing/Category Managers to lead sourcing initiatives across Operations, Commercial or Indirect Procurement. You will develop supplier partnerships, drive cost efficiency and improve supplier value through structured procurement processes, RFx, negotiations and contracting.

The role requires 3–5+ years in sourcing, strong stakeholder management, and English fluency, with aviation/transport

Qualifications

• University degree in business, engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in sourcing, procurement, supplier management or similar
• Proven RFx experience, negotiations and contract implementation

To be successful we believe you have

• A university degree in business, engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience within sourcing, procurement, supplier management or a similar commercial role.
• Proven experience leading RFx processes, supplier negotiations and contract implementation that deliver measurable business results.
• Proven ability to align stakeholders, manage conflicting priorities and drive decisions in complex organizational environments.
• A collaborative mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and the ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
