Restaurant Frantzén, Sweden’s only three Michelin-starred restaurant, is expanding its international Front of House team and is now looking for an experienced Captain to join our service leadership.

Required Experience & Competencies
- Has a minimum of 7 years of experience within Michelin-starred restaurants, including work with multi-course tasting menus, high-level pacing, and coordinated service execution.
- Has documented experience within international luxury hospitality environments, such as Forbes Five-Star or AAA Five Diamond properties.
- Possesses advanced beverage knowledge, ideally supported by sommelier certification (e.g., Court of Master Sommeliers).
- Has experience with tasting menu beverage pairings, beverage program strategy, and cost control.
- Is skilled in training, coaching, and developing service teams, including onboarding, service standards, and communication techniques.
- Has experience working closely with the kitchen in environments with open kitchen formats, synchronized service, or chef-led experiences.
- Demonstrates the ability to deliver VIP-level guest relations with calm, confident professionalism.
- Thrives under pressure and maintains an elegant, composed presence during high-intensity service.
- Is a genuine team player who supports colleagues across all aspects of service to ensure flawless guest experiences.
- Has experience managing or supporting complex reservation flows in high-demand environments.
Highly Merited (Not Required, but Strongly Preferred)
- Experience from international three-star environments or global fine dining institutions.
- Skills in guest experience design, storytelling, and service choreography.
- Ability to develop or lead service manuals, standards, and operational flow systems.
- Strong sensory knowledge and confidence in beverage analysis and pairing strategy.
