Job summary

Minc, Malmö's leading incubator, is seeking a Head of Capital to steer investment activities and strengthen access to capital for growth companies in the region. You will oversee angel networks, investment structures, governance, and reporting to investors and Saminvest, reporting to the CEO.

You will build new structures, recruit and nurture investors, align with the Program team to ensure investment readiness, and drive scalable processes while representing Minc toward external partners and

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with transactions in early-stage companies.
Experience raising capital or building an investor base.
Strong governance, board and reporting knowledge.
Proven leadership in small teams or operations.
Fluent Swedish and English; Swedish used in daily work.

Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for investment structures and end-to-end investment processes.
Develop and drive creation of new structures with partners and investors; negotiate terms.
Build and nurture the investor base; recruit new angels and maintain existing relationships.
Work with Program team to ensure companies are investment-ready and bridge capital gaps.
Lead scalable processes and represent Minc in capital matters to investors and partners.
