Job summary

Deploja is seeking a consultant software developer in Sweden to join our expanding consulting practice. You will be employed by Deploja and work with clients or on internal projects as part of our consulting business.

The role requires 5+ years of Linux-based software development, embedded Linux with drivers and wireless tech, Yocto, and strong C++ and RobotFramework skills. Knowledge of Git/GitLab/GitHub and teamwork are essential. Meritorious: SCRUM/agile and medtech exposure.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years experience as a software developer in a Linux environment.
• Solid embedded Linux experience: drivers, wireless, Yocto.
• Strong C++ and RobotFramework knowledge.
• Source control experience with Git, GitLab and/or GitHub.
• Result-oriented, cooperative team player, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

• At least 5+ years of experience as a software developer working in Linux development environment · Solid experience from working with secure embedded systems, eg security hardening, secure boot, cryptography, secure communication and coding practises.
• Solid knowledge of Embedded Linux systems, low level software (drivers, wireless communication), Yocto.
• Strong experience of C++ and RobotFramework
• Source control systems experience (Git, Gitlab and/or GitHub)
• Result-oriented and cooperative team-player
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

Meritorious

• Practical experience with SCRUM and agile methods
• Previous experience from medtech or similar industry.
