Job summary

H&M is seeking a skilled Buyer to lead procurement for Window Campaigns and printed materials in Stockholm. You will manage cross-functional campaigns, contract setup, supplier negotiations, and delivery follow-ups to secure timely, high-quality materials.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business or supply chain, 5+ years in procurement with 2+ years in operational buying and 2+ years in strategic sourcing, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, including 2+ years in operational buying and 2+ years in tactical sourcing.
• Experience from medium to large international companies, preferably with matrix structures.
• Background in indirect spend categories such as consultancy services, facility management or marketing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage supplier relationships.

As a Buyer within our team, you’ll play a key role in securing timely and high-quality deliveries of Window Campaigns and printed materials that drive traffic to our stores, increase sales and strengthen our Brand. If you\'re a skilled negotiator, a problem solver and a relationship builder, this is your chance to turn operational excellence into real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Run Campaigns and activations within a cross-functional team. Take full ownership of the procurement part in Campaign Management.
• Manage contract setup, order placement, delivery follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Conduct tactical negotiations for material purchases. Ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Monitor supplier capacity and resolve delivery issues across markets.
• Maintain accurate processes and documentation of procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop the supplier base, SRM and SPM. Track and evaluate supplier performance, and implement corrective actions when needed. Manage supplier administration connected to dedicated suppliers and SRM processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost-saving initiatives and contribute to best practices.
• Analyze spend data and perform market analysis as part of Category work.

Qualifications

• A bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, including 2+ years in operational buying and 2+ years in tactical sourcing. Experience in Strategic Sourcing is meritorious.
• Experience from medium to large international companies, preferably with matrix structures.
• Background in indirect spend categories such as consultancy services, facility management or marketing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage supplier relationships and regional coordination.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g. SAP Ariba, GEP, Coupa) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
