Job summary

Nofence is seeking a hands-on IT leader to drive ERP and e-commerce implementations while shaping the business technology strategy. You will own the roadmap, budget, and delivery, working with commercial and infrastructure teams to move fast and align with growth objectives.

This role combines strategy with hands-on delivery, ensuring secure data flows, interoperability, and scalable infrastructure; travel to Oslo/Stockholm is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT / business technology leadership.
• You are a doer who rallies people and delivers.
• Strong grounding in enterprise systems and integrations (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, process automation).
• Security, privacy, and compliance understood and applied pragmatically.
• Experience owning an IT budget and managing vendors and SaaS/cloud spend.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Fluent in English (Norwegian or Swedish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead an end-to-end ERP and e-commerce implementation.
• Own the business technology roadmap, budget, and delivery.
• Ensure cost-effective, secure, and business-focused investments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
• Define interoperability standards and manage technical debt.
• Oversee data governance, security, and compliance initiatives.
• Manage vendors and SaaS/cloud spend; shape IT organization as we grow.
