Job summary

Hypergene söker en Business Intelligence-konsult till vår kundorganisation i Stockholm. Du designar och implementerar lösningar i vår molnbaserade BI-plattform för prestationsstyrning, hjälper kunder att få bättre insikter i sin data och underlättar deras arbetssätt mot uppsatta mål.

Du leder projekt, samarbetar med projektledare och arkitekter samt kollegor för att leverera lösningar och kontinuerligt förbättra kundernas beslutsunderlag.

Qualifications

• Flera års relevant yrkeserfarenhet krävs.
• Erfarenhet av Qlik, Power BI eller Unit4.
• Kunskap i T-SQL eller liknande frågetjänst.
• Goda kommunikationsfärdigheter och flytande svenska och engelska.
• Erfarenhet som konsult, gärna vid systemimplementationer eller systemutveckling.
• Kunskap om prestationsstyrning och ekonomistyrning.

Responsibilities

• Leda kundprojekt och bidra med affärsförståelse och teknisk kompetens.
• Designa och implementera lösningar i Hypergenes BI-plattform.
• Bygga integrationer och delta i pre-studie- och workshoppar.
• Arbeta i team med projektledare, lösningsarkitekter och kollegor.
• Utveckla data-modellering och budget-/forecast-processer och rapportering.

About The Role

As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you will be part of our Customer Organisation and work with our cloud-based BI platform for performance management. Together with our customers, you will design and implement solutions that create better insight into their data, streamline ways of working and support them in reaching their goals.

You will take a leading role in customer projects, combining business understanding with technical expertise. Most work is carried out in project teams, where you collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects and fellow consultants to implement and continuously improve Hypergene solutions. You will work in parallel with several customers and projects or support teams.

The role is varied and combines project delivery with ongoing customer development. Your work may include building integrations, taking part in pre-studies and workshops, supporting work with performance-management models and data modelling, setting up budgeting and forecasting processes, and creating reports and analyses.

As you deepen your knowledge of our product, there will be opportunities to grow into a Solution Architect role with overall responsibility for the technical solution. We believe in your ability to take ownership, and from the start you will be given real responsibility in active customer projects.

We believe you have

• A few years of relevant professional experience
• Experience working with relevant business, finance or decision-support systems, such as Qlik, Power BI or Unit4
• Experience with T-SQL or a similar database query language
• Strong communication skills, with professional fluency in both Swedish and English
• Experience working as a consultant, preferably in connection with system implementations or system development
• Knowledge of performance management and financial management, as well as a good understanding of financial follow-up

It is an advantage if you also have experience configuring integrations with source systems using technologies such as web services or REST APIs.
