Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Application Expert to join our new business IT function that will be responsible for Vivicta internal IT needs. The function will provide business IT services for Vivicta business and the whole service lifecycle, covering core IT capabilities and business applications, integrations, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Secure that functionality of the applications in the domain meet the business need
• Ensure that system and service requirements are documented
• Ensure that systems are integrated according to need and that integrations are documented
• Understand the business processes relevant to the domain and how processes work through the systems and take that into design
• Ensure that data design for the systems is done
• Support key users in functional topics
• Design and plan to applications in the domain
• Perform configuration tasks (in case applicable)

Qualifications

• You have previous experience in Oracle EBS, HFM Hyperion and Workday Adaptive and financial management processes
• You are skilled in application frameworks like Ruby on rails and Grails
• Collaborator supporting success of the Vivicta business
• Promoting and providing deep expertise in the domain
• Fact based decision making and taking accountability
• Strives success of the services and supported business processes
• Fluent in the English language both verbal and writing
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience from the IT industry in similar role is preferrable
• Suitable academic degree
