Souk Agency is seeking a Business Analyst to run discovery and delivery across projects. You will collaborate with clients to translate needs into clear requirements for delivery teams, moving between clients, industries and tools.

Strong requirement analysis and structured thinking matter more than depth in one platform. Based in Stockholm with hybrid and remote options, the role involves cross-project collaboration across strategies, marketing, design and development to deliver business value

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a business analyst or requirements role.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation and process mapping.
• Comfortable working with data to back up decisions.
• Confident running workshops and interviewing senior stakeholders.
• Clear, structured communication in English, written and spoken.
• Happy working across several projects at once and bringing structure to messy problems.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand goals, current ways of working and pain points.
• Gather, analyse and document requirements, and turn them into clear specifications for the delivery team.
• Map current and future processes, workflows and data flows.
• Write acceptance criteria and support testing, UAT and sign-off.
• Facilitate workshops and keep stakeholders aligned as a project moves along.
• Produce clear documentation, findings and recommendations that help clients make decisions.
• Work alongside strategists, marketers, designers and developers to keep solutions grounded in real business value.

You'll work closely with clients to understand what they need, then translate that into clear requirements our teams can build against. This is a cross‑project role, so you'll move between different clients, industries and tools. Strong requirement analysis and a structured way of thinking matters more here than experience with any one platform.
