Job summary

TM Sweden AB, within the Tesla Bodyshop, is seeking a Body Repair Technician to join a worldwide team and support the local center. You will perform repairs of basic to medium complexity in a timely and accurate manner, helping teammates to keep the workshop running smoothly.

The role requires at least one year of body repair experience, with familiarity in removing and refitting components and ideally specializing in panel or paint.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Body Repair Technician in a body shop environment.
• Experience with adhesive bonding and mechanical fasteners is a plus.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong health & safety awareness in automotive workshop.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of vehicle construction and repair processes.
• Perform repairs on Tesla vehicles in compliance with procedures and safety rules.
• Remove, install, and replace panels, bumpers, lamps and perform quality checks.
• Carry out cosmetic repairs per Tesla repair procedures (filler, sanding).
• Ensure all equipment is used safely and correctly.
• Assist other Bodyshop departments as needed.
• Assess pre-existing damage prior to work.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
