Job summary

Winthrop Technologies is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our expanding team in Sweden. This onsite role reports to the BIM Team Lead and focuses on delivering clash-free 2D/3D MEP coordination across large-scale data centre projects.

You will produce drawings, specifications, and schedules per the BIM Execution Plan, liaise with package managers, and mentor junior team members while ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar field.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience on multiple large projects.
• Strong Revit/MEP coordination and clash resolution skills.
• Excellent organising, communication and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve clashes and coordination issues between disciplines.
• Produce drawings, specifications, and schedules per the BIM plan.
• Deliver all 2D and 3D coordination milestones on each project.
• Liaise with package managers and site engineers to coordinate complex MEP works.
• Provide support to junior BIM team members.
