Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd in Sweden is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join the expanding team onsite in Malmö. The role reports to the BIM Team Lead and focuses on coordinating 2D/3D BIM activities across multiple large-scale data centre projects in Europe.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or similar) and 5+ years of experience working on large projects. Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve clashes and coordination issues between disciplines.
• Production of drawings, specifications, and schedules, according to the project BIM Execution plan.
• Responsible for delivering all 2D and 3D co-ordination milestones on each project.
• Liaise with package managers and site engineers to coordinate complex MEP installations.
• Provide support to junior BIM team members.
