Tieto Caretech in Sweden is seeking a Bid Manager to join the Welfare Sweden team and drive public procurements for Lifecare in the Swedish municipal sector.

You will coordinate tender processes, analyze procurement documents, and secure input from experts, ensuring compliant, high-quality responses delivered on time. Collaborating with sales, legal, product and delivery teams you’ll help win competitive bids and strengthen our position in municipalities across Sweden.

• Analyse procurement documents, requirements and evaluation models to ensure compliant and competitive responses.
• Collaborate with sales managers, legal, product specialists, security experts, delivery teams and subject matter experts to secure timely input and high-quality tender responses.

About the role

In the Welfare Sweden team we provide Lifecare software solutions and related services for Swedish municipalities within social services/family care, elderly care, disability care and municipal health care. Our team consists of professionals in sales, bid management, product management, consulting, implementation and customer success, and we deliver market-leading digital support for municipal welfare operations through close collaboration with customers and internal experts. We are now looking for a Bid Manager to our Welfare Sweden team to focus on public procurements, tenders and proposal work for Lifecare in the Swedish municipal sector. Your daily work consists of leading and coordinating bid processes, analysing procurement requirements, creating high-quality tender responses, securing input from subject matter experts, managing deadlines and ensuring that our proposals are clear, compliant and competitive. You'll work in close collaboration with sales managers, legal, product specialists, solution consultants, security experts, delivery teams and other key stakeholders across Tieto Caretech.
