Job summary

HMS is seeking a BI Developer to strengthen our Business Intelligence and Analytics capabilities within Group IT. You will translate business needs into reliable data models, dashboards, and insights that support decision-making across Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance.

You will work in a modern Microsoft environment built on Microsoft Fabric, contributing to both new solutions and the continuous improvement of existing reporting while shaping the next generation of data and analytics

Qualifications

• Experience with semantic models and dimensional modeling.
• Hands-on BI report and dashboard development in Power BI.
• Knowledge of translating business needs into reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
• Design data models using dimensional modelling principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs.
• Validate data and perform analysis with SQL.
• Improve reporting quality and enable self-service analytics; contribute to BI landscape.
