Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Solid experience in BI, ideally within digital products, e-commerce, iGaming or similar.
• Experience working with transactional datasets.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with Python, Superset, or any other BI tool.
• Experience working with different teams to define problems, gather requirements and find data using the appropriate tools.
• Proven ability to analyse and solve complex problems.
• Understanding of data principles and best practices.
• Ability to communicate data and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a small cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Independently solve problems, analyse data, and answer questions using Excel/Sheets, SQL, Python, Superset, or other tools.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
• Work with different teams to define problems, gather requirements, find data, and select the tool to solve the problem.
• Identify patterns and trends in data to optimise business processes.
• Be a point of contact for all things data and numbers in the company.
• Develop and maintain data models to support decision-making.
• Contribute to broader analytics projects and support team members.
