Job summary

Flower seeks a Construction Project Manager to own the construction and execution phase of battery storage system projects from ground-breaking to COD. You will be the main contact for stakeholders, manage project controls, lead on-site delivery and commissioning, and hand over assets to Asset Management or third parties.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Construction Management or similar roles.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Familiar with European building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and site logistics.
• Maintain project controls: schedule, budget, change management, KPIs.
• Manage contractor bids, submittals, RFIs, and disputes.
• Drive HSE compliance across contractors on site.
• Lead commissioning and handover with as-built documentation.
• Ensure grid connection works stay on schedule.
• Act as main contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel to site as required.
