Qualifications

• Experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy.
• First experience in retail and in advising and dealing with customers.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
• Fluent in English or the local language.

Responsibilities

• Active support and advice for customers in all departments (Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, Fragrance) and beauty trends on the sales floor.
• Living the Sephora Attitude (Welcoming, Knowing, Closing).
• Selling products through in-depth product knowledge and establishing customer relationships at eye level.
• Passing on knowledge about products, trends and beauty news.
• Short services in all departments.
• Support for beauty classes.
• Operations: presentation according to visuals, maintenance, stocking, cleaning, inventories, cash register.
• Carrying out inventories and daily tasks related to the business.

• Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
• Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates
• Carrying out inventories
