Job summary

Swedbank is seeking a BCBS239 expert to act as a subject matter expert and advisor on regulatory expectations for risk data aggregation and reporting. You will lead workshops, assess capabilities, and develop remediation plans while engaging senior stakeholders across business and technology teams.

You will design and deliver training through Swedbank's RDARR competence center, contribute to implementation roadmaps, and support governance forums with clear, concise materials for steering

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in BCBS239 and Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting requirements.
• Proven experience supporting organizations in meeting regulatory expectations and supervisory requirements.
• Experience working in large-scale regulatory transformation programs.
• Experience with regulators such as ECB and/or SFSA/Finansinspektionen.
• Strong experience facilitating workshops and driving regulatory discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience preparing and presenting materials for Steering Committees and governance forums.
• Experience developing and delivering training sessions.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• High levels of internal drive and personal productivity.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for BCBS239 regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Support assessments of current capabilities and identification of compliance gaps.
• Advise stakeholders on regulatory expectations related to risk data aggregation, reporting, governance, and controls.
• Lead and facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Build relationships and interact with senior management and key decision-makers.
• Support preparation of materials for Steering Committees, management forums, and regulatory discussions.
• Contribute to development of implementation roadmaps, recommendations and remediation plans.
• Design and deliver training sessions to increase organizational understanding of BCBS239.
• Provide expert guidance throughout implementation and compliance activities for Program Lead and others.
