Qualifications

• Strong backend development skills in Rust or similar languages.
• Excellent written and spoken English for collaboration across Europe.
• Experience reviewing code, mentoring, and working asynchronously.
• Familiarity with REST, GraphQL, gRPC/ProtoBuf, and data interchange protocols.

Responsibilities

• Review code contributions, proposals, and RFCs.
• Propose and implement new features and infrastructure across our stack.
• Mentor teammates and support our interview pipeline.
• Share knowledge through internal talks and learning sessions.
• Maintain and improve the existing software stack (Rust/Python).
• Develop tests and benchmarks, ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Present work at weekly demos and gather early feedback.
