What you'll do

The team's mission is to help our users explore and shape their property journey by giving them personalized, highly relevant and engaging content on the Hemnet platform. Our ambition is to create a unified, intuitive experience that helps users stay oriented, inspired, and supported. In this role, you'll

• Design and build resilient solutions using Claude, Node.js, Nest.js, Ruby and GraphQL.
• Play a central role in the collaboration with our CRM and Marketing team to make personalized communication possible, from segmentation and behavioral signals, to delivering timely, meaningful messaging across channels.
• Own the integration with our CRM and marketing platforms, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure data pipelines.
• Bridge the gap between tech and business by translating technical concepts into clear, actionable ideas for non-technical stakeholders, including marketing and product teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers both internally and externally with other Hemnet domains.
• Empower others through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Extensive experience architecting backend systems and managing third‑party tools or CRM integrations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with non-technical teams.
• A deep understanding of Node.js, Nest.js and service-oriented architecture (familiarity with Ruby is a plus, and no deep frontend UI work is required).
• Adaptability and an eagerness to learn new technologies as our ecosystem and marketing needs evolve.
• A strategic mindset for scaling data systems, managing third‑party APIs, and improving the overall developer experience.
