Job summary

Marshall Group is seeking an Integration Manager to define how systems, data, and digital capabilities come together across the organisation. You will own the integration strategy and platform, building a dedicated function that supports ERP, eCommerce, PIM, and a wider application landscape to enable stable operations and end-to-end processes.

You will lead an Azure-focused team, drive scalable, secure integration, and collaborate across business and IT to translate complex needs into pragmatic

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid and API Management.
• Experience working with integrations in a team or platform setting.
• Understanding of integration patterns, APIs and data flows across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Group-wide integration strategy and roadmap.
• Own and evolve the Azure integration platform with a focus on scalability, stability, and security.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing integration team, including nearshore capabilities.
• Ensure reliable data flows and strong ownership across key business systems.
• Establish best practices for integration architecture, monitoring, governance, and compliance.
