Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a Technical Trainer to join the Training and Certification (T&C) team in Stockholm, Sweden. You will deliver training to developers, administrators, architects, and partners to accelerate adoption of AWS infrastructure services, combining teaching with deep technical knowledge to drive measurable learning outcomes and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

Technical degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience delivering classroom training for technology products.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, and writing skills.
Experience architecting, deploying, and operating internet-scale applications.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages: Java, .NET, Perl, PHP, Ruby, or Python.

Responsibilities

Shape the strategy and mission of the AWS training program.
Develop and maintain technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, and materials.
Deliver instructor-led classroom training to end-user customers and partners.
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and effective.
Mentor and develop internal and external trainers through the Train-the-Trainer program.
