Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in automotive systems required.
• Expertise in Level 4 autonomous vehicle integration, validation, and sign-off.
• Experience with systems engineering, requirements management, and ISO 26262.
• Strong software and hardware development background in ADAS and automated driving.
• Experience in startup and multicultural OEM environments; cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high-quality documentation on time with stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate collection of evidence and work products from client teams and Autonomous Driving Partners.
• Maintain overview of deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, and open issues.
• Review submissions for completeness, consistency, traceability, readiness.
• Prepare consolidated readiness assessment and sign-off recommendation.
• Maintain decision records and ensure actions are tracked to closure.
• Organize technical and project reviews to assess readiness across the complete Autonomous Transport Solution.
