Job summary

Justera Group is seeking a skilled System Verification Engineer Specialist to develop, maintain, and report verification activities for complex automotive systems. You will collaborate with requirement engineers and cross‑functional teams to define test strategies, create automated and manual test cases, perform verification, and ensure delivery according to timelines and quality standards.

The role requires strong experience in automotive verification, systems engineering, and testing both

Qualifications

• Experience in system verification and validation within automotive or embedded systems.
• Knowledge of testing methods for Automated Driving Systems, ADAS and Vehicle Dynamics (steering/braking).
• Experience designing tests for safety‑critical systems.
• Broad verification activities across unit to vehicle level.
• Experience developing manual and automated test solutions.
• Understanding of automotive EE architectures and vehicle functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop test specifications for verification areas based on system specs and baselines.
• Define test scopes, cases and verification strategies per development processes.
• Collaborate with requirement developers to ensure coverage of requirements.
• Identify test bases, configurations and test bases for specification development.
• Create and maintain test scopes, specifications, cases and function variants.
• Develop scripts for automated testing and ensure automated test case validity.
• Ensure complete coverage of requirements, variants and change requests.
• Prepare test scopes for formal reviews and execution readiness.
• Perform test execution analysis and estimate effort.
• Plan test activities and select test cases, variants and objects.
• Create and manage test suites and connect with test systems.
• Register and document test results; analyze failures and support resolutions.
• Report verification status and identified issues; communicate risks.
• Create final verification reports and conduct lessons learned.
