Job summary

TMC is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize real-time software for control systems in autonomous and electrified vehicles.

You will work in C and C++, implementing drivers and algorithms for hardware-near systems, while ensuring safety standards compliance. The role involves collaborating across automotive projects and locations in Sweden and beyond.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of embedded software development using C and C++.
• Experience with real-time operating systems and embedded Linux.
• Knowledge of model-based development (Matlab/Simulink) and testing.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in the Automotive industry in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test real-time embedded software in C and C++.
• Implement algorithms and drivers for hardware-near systems.
• Optimize performance and memory management for embedded platforms.
• Develop software compliant with safety standards (AUTOSAR, ISO 26262).
