Job summary

Ultra Group in Lund, Sweden is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to lead programming, testing, commissioning and optimization of automation solutions for industrial processes.

You will collaborate with process engineers and technical specialists to deliver reliable, high-quality automation that meets production requirements, standards and customer needs. The role is on-site with an ASAP start and a full-time workload.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to work on industrial and process automation projects.

You will be responsible for programming, testing, commissioning and optimizing automation solutions tailored to production processes and customer requirements. You will collaborate with process engineers and technical specialists throughout the project lifecycle to deliver reliable and high-quality automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and program automation solutions for industrial processes.
• Perform testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with process engineers to ensure optimal system performance.
