Collen is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support project delivery through measurement, cost management and commercial administration.

You will develop technical and commercial knowledge, assist with tendering, subcontract administration, and contribute to risk management and reporting. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork and sustainable cost practices across international projects.

Formación

• Degree or progress toward Quantity Surveying qualification.
• Some practical experience in QS or commercial management is advantageous.
• Numeracy, time management, and communication skills.
• Digital literacy for measurement and commercial software.
• Ability to work independently and with project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with tender documentation and subcontract enquiries.
• Support procurement planning and subcontract package administration.
• Undertake measurement, quantity take-offs, costing and cost planning.
• Assist with budget monitoring, cost control and value management.
• Support valuations, payment applications and subcontractor documentation.
• Assist contract administration, change control and risk assessment.
• Contribute to commercial reporting and project financial monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and professional standards.
