Job summary

Collen Aktiebolag is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee CSA cost control, change orders, and tender documentation for large-scale projects in Sweden. You will work closely with the project team to ensure accurate costings and compliant procurement.

Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will need strong numeracy and time management, ability to work independently, and clear communication across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• 5+ years in a similar role.
• Experience with CSA measurements and costs; large scale data centres an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the administration and change order process for CSA packages.
• Ensure changes are captured, costings assessed and validated before issuing to Design Team and Client.
• Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities with project team and client.
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.
• Assist in establishing client requirements and feasibility studies.
• Perform risk, value management and cost control.
• Advise on procurement strategy.
• Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks.
• Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.
• Allocate work to subcontractors.
• Provide advice on contractual claims.
• Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
• Value completed work and arrange payments.
• Maintain awareness of different building contracts in current use.
• Understand implications of health and safety regulations.
