Easit AB is a Swedish software company with in‑house developed products for Enterprise Service Management and Data Management. We are in an expansive phase where we are developing a new product. We deliver powerful solutions to large companies and businesses for both the private and public sector. We’re situated in Sundsvall & Stockholm, in Sweden, and have appr. 50 employees.

POSITION

We are seeking an energetic Solutions Architect to take on an exciting role within our busy team. Reporting to the Team Manager for product and development you will be delivering the overall technical end‑to‑end solution design for a specific project, translating requirements into high level architecture and solution design.

The position is placed in Sundsvall, Sweden.

Job Responsibilities

• Working with business and technical stakeholders on future product direction and technology capability
• Leading architectural discussions to identify and conclude on architectural options for a given solution
• Producing and owning end‑to‑end solution design documentation
• Gaining mutual agreement on solution designs with the product team and development leads
• Supporting product team and development leads on setting solution design scope and contributing to the construction of delivery plans
• Producing code for design improvements, bug fixes and new features
• Reviewing deliverables produced by the internal and/or external development teams for their projects
• Working with the business on deployment plans and non‑functional requirements
• Clear communication of design solutions to the business
• Contribution to continuous improvement of design processes, methodologies, best practices and standards.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in software application development
• Experience in Software development and ideally in a Solutions Designer or as a Lead Developer
• Demonstrated experience of successfully delivering strategic solution designs.
• Expert understanding of application design patterns and technologies.
• A solid understanding of key technical developments in your area of expertise and the ability to explain what they mean for our clients.
