Job summary

Cint is elevating its AI capabilities from experimentation to enterprise-wide transformation. The Director will own the strategy, roadmap and operating model for embedding AI into how work gets done, driving measurable business value and governance across the organisation.

You will lead a small high-impact team and collaborate with AI domain leads, data architecture, and legal/compliance to deliver big-scale, practical AI outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience driving large-scale tech or operational transformations.
• Experience in AI-native organizations or strong AI adoption exposure.
• You do not need to be a software engineer but understand AI concepts and architecture.
• Hands-on practice with prompts, AI agents or experimentation.
• Ability to partner with deeply technical leaders and understand practical AI impacts.
• Familiarity with modern collaboration tools and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise AI transformation strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Lead the AI Transformation Office operating model: prioritisation, governance, delivery and measurement.
• Prioritise initiatives based on value, feasibility, risk, readiness and scalability; define success measures.
• Ensure AI transformation programs deliver clear outcomes, owners, governance and adoption plans.
• Prepare executive updates for CEO, Steering Group and Board with progress and blockers.
• Define and promote common AI transformation standards and reusable patterns.
• Coordinate with CTO, Legal, Data Governance and DPO for compliance and data readiness.
• Foster capability, adoption and culture to embed AI-enabled change.
