The successful candidate will present, train and support customers remotely, with opportunities to travel internationally. Strong technical background in engineering and manufacturing is essential, along with Swedish and English language skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Several years of practical experience in manufacturing and CNC programming.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems is beneficial.
• Experience with HyperMILL or turning applications is an advantage.
• Fluent Swedish and good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Installation and implementation of CAD/CAM software solutions with professional customer consulting and technical support to ensure a first-class customer experience.
• Delivery of engaging product presentations and live demonstrations to customers.
• Planning and execution of customer training sessions, workshops and tailored learning programmes to maximize product adoption and user success.
• Representation of OPEN MIND at national and international trade fairs, customer events and industry gatherings to strengthen brand presence and customer relationships.

• Customer Consulting & Software Deployment:Installation and implementation of CAD/CAM software solutions, combined with professional customer consulting and technical support to ensure a first-class customer experience.

Your profile

• Technical Background:Degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering or comparable professional experience.
• Manufacturing Expertise:Several years of practical experience in manufacturing and CNC programming.
• CAD/CAM Knowledge:Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems is beneficial but not required.
• Additional Industry Skills:Experience with hyperMILL or turning applications is considered an advantage.
• Customer Focus:Commitment to delivering excellent service and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Analytical Thinking:Strong problem-solving, communication and analytical skills.
• Independent Working Style:Self-motivated personality with excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
