Job summary

Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB seeks a technically strong Product Owner to lead a Verification & Test Automation team focused on Driver Information and Infotainment in automotive systems. You will own the test automation roadmap, manage the backlog, and drive collaboration with software, test, and AI specialists to deliver high-quality, scalable automation solutions.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on automation development, testing infrastructure, and regression testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as Product Owner or Technical Lead in test automation projects, preferably automotive or infotainment.
• Strong Android platform understanding and debugging with ADB.
• Hands-on programming with Python, C#, CAPL, and Docker.
• Solid knowledge of test automation architecture and verification strategies.
• Understanding of HIL/SIL and cloud-based testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI/ML in testing, anomaly detection, and intelligent test-case selection.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination.
• ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE knowledge; CAN/LIN/Ethernet protocols.
• Experience with AAOS/IVI systems; Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gerrit, Git; JIRA/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own the test automation roadmap and backlog for Android infotainment systems.
• Lead prioritization, align with milestones and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with software developers, test engineers, system architects, and AI specialists.
• Define and communicate user stories, epics, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and evolve test architecture aligned with system design and verification goals.
• Provide hands-on support for automation development using Python, C#, CAPL, Docker.
• Drive automated regression testing and CI/CD integration.
• Monitor test execution, investigate failures, and perform root-cause analysis with developers.
• Explore AI-driven testing methods to improve scalability and maintainability.
