Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent.
• Proven Android app development experience; early-career-friendly.
• Experience with Kotlin language and Android Jetpack.
• Strong grasp of modern Android patterns (MVVM, DI) and Jetpack components.
• Familiarity with coroutines, Compose, Dagger Hilt, and Clean Architecture.
• BLE familiarity is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop Android mobile apps for the Marshall brands.
• Collaborate with UX and Design to discuss new features.
• Support testing activities and evaluation of the app.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to promote new ideas.
• Work with other developers to brainstorm solutions and improve user experience.
• Prototype new ideas individually and across teams.
