Job summary

GeoGuessr in Stockholm is seeking an Android Developer to join our tech team. You will write clean, high-quality Kotlin code and work on features to grow our platform for millions of players.

You will collaborate with teammates to deliver weekly improvements and experiments, balancing gameplay feel with performance. This role is based in Stockholm at Katarinavägen 17, in the glass house by Slussen, with generous perks.

Qualifications

• Experience building high fidelity Kotlin components
• Implementing custom animations
• Comfort and familiarity with REST and Websockets
• A university degree in computer science or equivalent experience

The role

We’re looking for an Android Developer to join our tech team. As part of a collaborative group of developers, you’ll be responsible for writing clean, high-quality code and working on new features and experiments to support the growth and development of our platform.

Together, we develop a fantastic gaming experience in a fast-moving environment where you and your team have overall responsibility for the delivery.

You understand the value of delivering weekly improvements and new features to our millions of players. With your technical skills and player-first mindset, you’ll strike the perfect balance between crafting features people love and maintaining a top-tier product.
