Job summary

MCA Engineering GmbH in Gothenburg seeks an experienced Android Automotive Developer to join our growing team. You will contribute to the development of in-vehicle infotainment and software platforms, with options to focus on application, platform, or embedded software.

You should bring a strong background in Android development, AAOS/AOSP, and Kotlin/Java, plus interest in automotive tech like CAN and HMI. This role offers challenging projects at the forefront of automotive software.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Relevant professional experience in Android development, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS) and/or AOSP.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and/or Java.
• Experience with Android Framework, HAL, or embedded Android.
• Experience with Linux, QNX, or other embedded environments is meriting.
• Knowledge of infotainment, HMI, CAN, or other automotive communication technologies is highly desirable.
