We are looking for a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join our Leveraged Finance team in Stockholm. You will join a team of 35 highly dedicated professionals working across the Nordics. Leveraged Finance is responsible for arranging, structuring, and executing a variety of financing transactions for Private Equity clients. We offer our clients a broad range of financing solutions including bilateral loans, club loans, distributed leveraged loans as well as high yield bonds.
Our team takes pride in having a high work ethics and a positive and non‑hierarchical spirit, where all members of the team are encouraged to take on responsibility. Coupled with a strong client focus, we strive to provide first class advice and execution capabilities to our international client base.
You will already from day one be included in the structuring and execution of Leveraged Finance transactions, conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling as well as prepare high‑quality presentations and pitch materials. As an Analyst or Associate in Leveraged Finance, you will get a unique opportunity to learn about our broad offering for Private Equity clients, as well as our product agnostic and relationship driven approach.
The role is based in Stockholm and you will be part of our pan‑Nordic team of highly skilled professionals who always walk the extra mile to provide our clients with best possible advice and service.

As a team member within Leveraged Finance, you are expected to be driven and solutions oriented and have a strong motivation to perform.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a similar field is considered a pre‑requisite. Depending on your relevant work experience, we will consider whether an Analyst or Associate position is the right starting point for you.

Projects will be in collaboration with other teams within Nordea including e.g. our Corporate Finance, High Yield & Loan Syndicate, Risk Solutions (derivatives and hedging advisory) and Debt Capital Markets teams.
