About this opportunity

We are looking for an Analyst to the Nordic FIC team to support our Relationship Managers (RMs) in the management and development of relationships with Nordic Financial Institutions.

The Role

Based in Stockholm, the Analyst reports to the Co–Head of Financial Institutions, Nordic Region. The primary responsibility is to assist RMs and the KYC team with day‑to‑day tasks related to the portfolio of clients covered by the team.

• Client planning & development: support the development and management of client relationships across all five FIC sectors, including client action plans, meeting memos, CRM data maintenance, opportunity analysis, and client presentations.
• Business planning & development: contribute to the Nordic FIC business plan, including budgeting, revenue reporting, business analysis and cross‑line development.
• Risk & KYC: assist in credit, risk and KYC processes, coordinate with credit analysts on Annual Reviews and transactions, take charge of Credit Committee presentations where appropriate, and ensure KYC documentation is up to date for all clients.

Your Profile

• Hold a relevant master's degree with strong academic results and 1–2 years of experience in banking. Candidates with a bachelor's degree and relevant experience, or a CFA qualification, will also be considered.
• Curious, positive, analytical, and with a genuine interest in financial markets.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and proficiency or a keen interest in AI tools to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Enjoy working on projects with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and countries, and thrive on analytical challenges, agility and resilience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and elementary proficiency in Swedish (or another Scandinavian language).
