Job summary

Sandvik seeks an experienced Solution Architect to own architecture and direction for AIOps, observability, event management and automation. You will lead auto-remediation initiatives to reduce MTTR and improve signal quality in an enterprise environment.

You will shape reference architectures, set standards, and define roadmaps for observability, metrics, logs, and platform integrations while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders in a fast-paced, on-site role at Stockholm WTC and

Qualifications

Experienced in architecting AIOps, auto-remediation or self-healing solutions.
Experience with enterprise-scale observability, monitoring and event correlation.
Hands-on automation development using Python, APIs, AI or automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

Own the AIOps and auto-remediation strategy, including event correlation and anomaly detection.
Establish a repeatable method for identifying remediation opportunities from incident data.
Design proactive and predictive remediation using early-warning signals, AI and ML.
Define reference architectures and safe, governed patterns for turning events into automated actions.
Set the technical roadmap for observability and event management (metrics, logs, synthetic monitoring).
Guide Solution Engineers and evaluate platforms, tools and vendors.
