Job summary

SEB is seeking an AI Tech Lead to drive a new Digital Workplace capability that delivers enterprise AI services and intelligent workplace solutions. You will shape architectures, lead engineering across platforms and ensure secure, responsible AI adoption with security, risk and architecture teams.

Hands-on coding and leadership will be combined to turn innovation into production-ready capabilities. With Microsoft 365 and Copilot as key technologies, you will coach teams, evaluate emerging AI

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in technical leadership roles within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong software engineering background with production-grade system design and operation.
• Experience with multiple languages/frameworks (Java, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python).
• Experience with cloud services, APIs, integrations and modern architectures.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform and related capabilities (Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot).
• Hands-on understanding of AI technologies and secure, scalable delivery practices.
