Job summary

Eletive, based in Malmö, is scaling its Product & Engineering team. We’re looking for a Product Manager who can connect the big picture with hands-on execution, using AI daily to research, prototype, analyze, and write faster.

You’ll own product analytics, measure activation, adoption, conversion and retention, and work with Commercial and Customer Experience to grow customers.

Start Winter 2026/27, full-time, hybrid work at our Malmö HQ. Swedish and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Several years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Active user of AI tools in daily work and curious about AI in product development.
• Analytical and data-driven with experience in product analytics and metrics.
• Understanding of product-led and sales-led growth in B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate product initiatives from research to release.
• Understand product deeply and contribute with hands-on technical curiosity.
• Use AI as a core part of PM toolkit: for user research, hypothesis creation, rapid prototyping, specifications, and data analysis.
• Work closely with an engineering team where AI is part of every step of development, and help us find new ways to build better and faster.
• Explore how AI can create new value for our customers within the product.
• Own product analytics across our growth model: define and follow up on metrics for activation, adoption, conversion and retention in our product-led motion.
• Support our sales-led motion with product insights, such as usage signals and adoption data. Work closely with Commercial and Customer Experience to help them win and grow customers.
• Turn data into clear, reliable reporting on product performance and progress to leadership.
• Stay on top of industry research and translate insights into product improvements.
• Communicate effectively across teams - acting as a bridge between tech, design, and business.
• Balance structure and flexibility: follow processes where they matter, adapt where needed.
• Prioritize the product roadmap, write clear specifications, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and low prestige.
