Hammer & Hanborg is seeking a Content Producer in Stockholm with a strong Generative AI focus. You will blend hands-on content creation with AI-driven production methods, collaborating across marketing, creative and media teams to deliver scalable, brand-consistent assets.

You will drive AI-powered workflows, manage projects end-to-end, and refine prompts and processes to improve efficiency. This is a full-time consultancy role, hybrid at the Stockholm HQ, running from November to 31 March 2027.

Qualifikationen

• Approximately 5 years of experience in content production, digital content creation, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience working with Generative AI tools and AI-powered creative workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and modern content production tools.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive mindset and a genuine curiosity for emerging technologies and innovation.

Aufgaben

• Create and deliver content using AI-powered image, video, and content generation tools.
• Manage content projects from briefing through final delivery.
• Develop, test, and optimise prompts, workflows, and production processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and media teams to deliver effective campaign assets.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, quality standards, and legal requirements.
• Explore emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve content production and efficiency.
• Contribute to best practices and support the adoption of Generative AI across the organisation.
