Job summary

Ants is recruiting a Senior Product Manager to lead the AI-first customer platform for Objektvision. You’ll own outcomes, translate user insight into a prioritized roadmap, and coordinate with cross-market stakeholders across Sweden and Finland.

You’ll prototype in Claude Code and validate ideas with real users, working in a small autonomous squad with a product designer and a full-stack engineer. You’ll operate in a hybrid setup from Stockholm, with Tue–Thu in the office and flexibility to work

Qualifications

6+ years in product management with senior ownership of outcomes
Strong prioritization and stakeholder management; able to make calls
Data-literate; base decisions on evidence
Thrives in a small, high-ownership team with minimal process
Fluent in English; working Swedish required for office life

Responsibilities

Own product outcomes for the new customer platform for owners, managers, and brokers
Turn insights into a prioritized roadmap and manage multi-market stakeholders
Prototype concepts directly in Claude Code to validate with real users
Collaborate with a small squad: product designer, full-stack engineer, and data/AI lead
