Eficode in Sweden is looking for an innovative professional to be the technical driver in their R&D environment. You will be responsible for building, iterating, and refining prototypes that may develop into mature platforms.

The ideal candidate has experience from concept to prototype, is comfortable making architecture decisions, and possesses collaboration skills required to clarify stakeholder inputs. Fluency in English and basic Swedish is necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in turning concepts into working prototypes and iterating based on feedback.
• Ability to make architecture decisions and select tech stacks.
• Proactive in guiding work through uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Quality-focused with a good understanding of CI/CD basics.
• Collaborative spirit and supportive of team members.

Responsibilities

• Build prototypes for new R&D initiatives.
• Turn ambiguous inputs into coherent architecture.
• Gather context from stakeholders and clarify constraints.
• Maintain strong engineering practices in prototypes.
• Support prototypes as they mature and are adopted.
• Mentor teams on sound engineering solutions.
