TokenTek seeks an AI-focused engineer to design the checks and gates that ensure autonomous models perform reliably, while building the data layer for retrieval, embeddings and knowledge graphs. You will operate inside client teams, shaping from initial concept to running production systems.

The role emphasizes deep architectural judgment, experience with production ML or AI pipelines, and the ability to present demonstrable work. Göteborg-based, full-time with office presence.

Qualifikationen

• M.Sc. in computer science, systems architecture, informatics or similar.
• Two to three years building production software, ideally with data integrations or ML models.
• Showcase a project where AI did the work and you built the structure (repo, demo, or workflow).
• Have opinions about models and harnesses and argue for your choices.
• Judgment: distinguish working code from good architecture and insist on the latter.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• Design checks the model cannot game: specs, evals, tests, and gates between build, deploy and release.
• Define model usage, context, retrieval, and read traces when runs go wrong.
• Migrate large-scale legacy systems autonomously and prove results are correct.
• Build the data layer: retrieval, embeddings, vector search and knowledge graphs exposed as tools/endpoints.
• Ensure quality and external-review readiness of what you ship.
• Collaborate with client teams, from idea to production.
• If desired, participate in our AI engineering coaching program for graduates.
