Job summary

Deploja is seeking a consultant with deep QA and AI-enabled testing experience to join our consulting team in Sweden. You will work with clients or internal projects, applying modern QA practices across large IT ecosystems and SaaS/PaaS/on-prem environments.

You will influence cross-functional teams, design standards, and implement automated, data-driven QA solutions. We value strategic thinking, hands-on delivery, and strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Knowledge of modern QA practices and testing in large IT ecosystems.
Ability to think strategically and act hands-on.
Experience with SaaS, PaaS and on-prem systems.
Experience applying AI/Generative AI to improve QA efficiency.
Experience provisioning on-demand synthetic test data.
Comfort across teams and influencing without formal authority.
Ability to create structure, standards and scalable solutions.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
ERP experience is a plus.
