• Strong in TypeScript/Shell; comfortable with cloud infrastructure, APIs and CI/CD.
• Daily user of AI coding tools; clear about their strengths and limits.
• Focus on building for engineers and developer experience as a craft.
• Pragmatic in fast-moving space; ship something useful now and improve it.
• Professional English, written and spoken.
