Job summary

PinMeTo seeks a Software Engineer with AI experience to join a product team focused on agentic AI capabilities. The team includes a product manager, product designer, and several engineers, all collaborating closely.

You will work on designing, building, and maintaining full stack web applications with a strong emphasis on AI integration and cloud deployments, contributing across the stack and learning from a diverse group of colleagues.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing and managing B2B SaaS web applications.
• At least 1 year experience building agentic AI capabilities in web apps.
• Enjoy backend and frontend work with interest in DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Elm, Elixir, Node.js, AWS, MongoDB.
• Experience with AI coding assistants and optimizing workflows.
• Proven ability to pick up new technologies.
• Prefers pair programming and office collaboration.
• Comfortable communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain B2B SaaS web applications in a cloud environment.
• Build agentic AI capabilities across web applications and services.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend code with DevOps awareness.
• Collaborate with teammates to design and plan software solutions.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to improve workflow and productivity.
• Explore new technologies and select the best fit for problems.
• Pair program and contribute in an office-centric culture.
• Communicate effectively in English within a diverse team.
